Minimum stay: 2 nights. Refundable deposit: €200, separate from the stay price and returned after inspection. Guaranteed capacity: up to 6 guests.
How it works
- Send a request with your dates and group size.
- You receive an acknowledgement while we check availability.
- We confirm availability, the final amount and payment details.
- After our confirmation, pay the 30% deposit within 24 hours to hold the dates.
Payment and cancellation
- Balance due 7 days before arrival.
- For requests within 7 days of arrival: 100% of the stay plus the security deposit within 24 hours of confirmation.
- The €200 security deposit must be paid before arrival. Check-in requires full payment.
- Free cancellation until 14 days before arrival; from 14 to 7 days the 30% advance is retained; under 7 days the full stay amount is due.
Check-in 16:00–20:00 · check-out before 10:00.
